No shared groups, no distractions just a safe, intimate space where everything is designed to support your process.

Through somatic and energetic work, we gently guide you back to your body, helping you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your natural state of calm.

You will stay in a fully private bungalow nestled between forest and sea.

Surrounded by nature, your space offers both stillness and openness — a place where you can truly slow down and disconnect.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find the beach…
reached by crossing a protected forest area, allowing you to gently transition from grounding earth energy to the openness of the sea.

This natural path becomes part of the experience itself:
a moment to breathe, to walk in silence, and to reconnect with your senses.
